Refund & Returns Policy

At Terplandia, we are committed to providing the highest quality 100% cannabis-derived Live Terpenes. Due to the volatile nature of our products and strict quality control standards regarding purity and contamination, we have established the following policy.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. To maintain the integrity of our terpene profiles and ensure the safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns on any botanical extracts once they have left our facility. We do not restock or resell returned liquids, as we cannot verify they have not been tampered with or exposed to environmental degradation.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging our glass vials, but we understand that accidents can happen during transit.

  • Notification: You must inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

  • Evidence: To process a claim for damage, please email sales@strains.terplandia.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging and the product.

  • Resolution: If the damage is verified, we will send a replacement of the same strain/product at no additional cost to you.

3. Subjective Characteristics (Aroma & Flavor)

Because our Live Terpenes are 100% cannabis-derived and captured from fresh-frozen flower, natural variations between batches may occur. We do not offer refunds or exchanges based on subjective personal preferences (e.g., if you do not like the specific aromatic profile of a strain).

Pro Tip: We recommend purchasing our smallest available size for any new strain to ensure the profile meets your specific needs before committing to a larger volume.

4. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at (858) 251-9766 as soon as possible.

  • Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed for shipping.

  • Once a tracking number has been generated or the package has been picked up by the carrier, the order can no longer be canceled.

5. Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only issued in the event of an out-of-stock item or a verified error on our part that cannot be resolved with a replacement. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier (UPS or FedEx) to file a claim. Terplandia is not responsible for packages once they are confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
