At Terplandia, we take pride in the quality and strain fidelity of our 100% cannabis-derived Live Terpenes. Because our products are captured at peak terpene expression, we utilize specific shipping protocols to ensure they arrive at your door with their aromatic complexity fully intact.
1. Age Verification
In compliance with industry regulations, all customers must be at least 21 years of age to purchase from Terplandia. We may utilize third-party age verification software at checkout. A signature from an adult (21+) may be required upon delivery.
2. Processing & Lead Times
Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
High Volume: During product drops or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Business Hours: We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
3. Shipping Methods & Temperature Control
To preserve the delicate “Live” profile of our terpenes, we recommend expedited shipping methods.
Carrier: We primarily ship via UPS and FedEx.
Packaging: All terpenes are shipped in airtight, light-protected glass vials. During extreme heat conditions, we may include insulated packaging to prevent degradation of the aromatic compounds.
Overnight/Expedited: We highly recommend selecting Priority Overnight or 2-Day Shipping for all Live Terpene orders to ensure maximum freshness.
4. Shipping Restrictions
Terplandia complies with all federal and state regulations.
Domestic: We ship to most U.S. states where cannabis-derived terpenes are permitted.
Prohibited States: We currently do not ship to states with strict prohibitions on cannabis-derived extracts. If your state is restricted, you will be notified at checkout.
International: At this time, we do not offer international shipping through our website. Please contact sales@strains.terplandia.com for bulk wholesale inquiries regarding international logistics.
5. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order, the destination, and the selected shipping speed. Terplandia is not responsible for any carrier-related delays once the package has left our facility.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Damages: If your vials arrive broken or leaking, please take photos immediately and contact sales@strains.terplandia.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Missing Packages: Please ensure your shipping address is secure. We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.
